windows10 에서는 문제 없었는데 Windows11 로 넘어가면서 문제가 있다.
mp4 영상 파일인데 Windows Media Player 로 구동 하면 화면이 안나온다.
그대로 곰플레이어를 실행 하면 화면이 뜬다.

파일을 다운 받아 설치를 완료 하고 다시 구동하면
정상적으로 화면이 나오게 된다.
