어느날 갑자기 confluence all updates 가 업데이트가 멈춰버렸다. 이런 경우는 reindexing 해주면 된다. 관리페이지에 들어가서 content indexing 메뉴에 들어가서 rebuild 를 눌러주면 진행이 되면서 해결이 된다. 만약에 위와 같은 방법으로 해결이 안된다면 동일한 관리페이지에 cache managemnet 에 들어가서 맨아래에 flush all 눌러줘보자 그리고 다시 content indexing rebuild 해주면 해결이 된다. 이렇게 했는대도 안된다면... mysql main_index 값을 확인하고 # vi /journal/main_index 값을 확인해보자 만약에 해당 파일에 값이 안들어가 있다면 mysql 에 들어가 있는 값을 넣어주고 위에 있는 방법을 다..

Confluence 테스트 서버 구축후 테스트 서버에서 구동을 하려 하는데 위와 같이 에러가 뜬다. 상태에 들어가면 indexing 에러가 떠 있고 세부적인건 lucense index 를 확인하라고 한다. 그런데 아래에 더 보면 해당 경로에 파일이 없다고 뜬다. 데이터 복사할때 해당 파일이 복사가 안됐거나 편집중인 파일이 있어서 temp 파일일 수 이도 있다. 그래서 서버에 있는 파일을 다시 복사 해오거나 서비스를 정상적으로 종료 하고 파일을 복사해오면 위 문제 없이 정상 작동이 된다.

jira ticket 중에 wather 나 coment 남길때 특정 대상을 지정할수 있는데 권한을 제한적으로 줄때 watcher 특정 대상 지정이 안된다 찾아보니 global permissions 에 browse users 권한이 있어야 된다. 그룹을 하나 만들어서 추가로 넣어 주면 된다.

confluence 사용시 위와 같이 에러가 발생이 된다면 mail account 설정이 문제일 확률이 크다. space tools 에 가서 메일 설정을 수정하거나 불필요하면 삭제 해주면 된다.
